Horse Collar

Great Vintage Horse Collar. Still usable, but would look better hanging on a wall. Black leather split rim and back, tick face, hame chafes, billet and one buckle, sole leather pad and 13 1/2 inch draft. Overall 22 inch height and 16 inches wide.
